daily reckoning the thirty-seventh
this is for yesterday of course.
food log:

- breakfast: half a cup of oatmeal with half a banana and some 1% milk, plus the normal tea
- lunch: 1 chicken kabob, a little bit of hummus, and some fruit salad with half of a whole wheat pita from neomonde. oh, and some iced tea, half sweet, half un-sweet.
- dinner: salmon with white wine and lime, stir-fried asparagus and red pepper, and two or three bites of some badly overcooked jasmine rice (new brand with bad cooking instructions--clearly the instructions of my japanese friends forever trumps the on-the-bag instructions on any rice from this point forward), and half a glass of white wine
- snacks/other: no snacks today.
- desserts/sweets: no sweets, either, which is a miracle, due to my newest addiction: dulce de leche ice cream from this place near us called turkish delights. i resisted. very proud.
