daily reckoning the twenty-third
food log:
- breakfast: oatmeal with half a banana, cinnamon, and a teaspoon or so of white sugar, along with the usual tea
- lunch: half of a babymoon grilled chicken sandwich with fresh mozarella, some pasta salad, and two bites of a cookie that was WAY too sweet and went right into the trash
- dinner: went to 518 west with the hippie. had some of a not-so-great fried calimari appetizer, and then a great dinner of grilled shrimp and polenta with mushrooms, prociutto, and leeks in a lobster broth. good, but a little salty--plus there was WAY too much, so i only ate about half. i ate two pieces of foccacia with olive oil and balsamic vinegar with dinner, too. carb city.
- snacks/other: no snacks. even forgot to eat the cherries i brough to work for a snack.
- desserts/sweets: resisted, although man, did i want some ice cream!
