daily reckonings the twentieth and twenty-first
food log:
- breakfast:
- friday: blueberry muffin from whole foods and the usual tea.
- saturday: oatmeal with cinnamon, peaches, blueberries, and 1% milk, plus 2 cups of the usual tea.
- lunch:
- friday: met the hippie at ciao, had some marinated vegetables and a prociutto cotto sandwich with fontina cheese, lettuce and tomato.
- saturday: went to lilly's pizza and split a chicken and artichoke stromboli with the hippie.
- dinner:
- friday: takeout from dalat, our favorite vietnamese restaurant. i had vermicelli with sliced grilled pork and a spring roll with a cucumber and lettuce salad and some fish sauce.
- saturday: grilled new york strip with mushrooms that i cooked in a red wine sauce, a small caesar salad, and a glass of red wine.
- snacks/other:
- friday: none that i can remember
- saturday: some popcorn (no butter) at the movies.
- desserts/sweets:
- friday: peaches with vanilla ice cream.
- saturday: 3 hershey's special dark nuggets with almonds, plus some vanila ice cream with peaches.
- haven't done jack for physical activit, as usual. god i need to get going on some kind of routine. wish i had someone to work out with. *sigh*
