logs for october 3rd
yesterday wasn't too bad--except for bleeding a week early and working late and stuff going wrong at work and things that were late and sucked. *sigh* it's always something. very proud of myself for sticking to my diet on a monday that definitely had its way with me.

- breakfast: two eggs scrambled with lowfat cheddar cheese, two pieces of canadian bacon, about 3 oz, of low-sodium V8, and a cup of tea
- lunch: grilled steak caesar with no croutons
- dinner: mediterranean chicken stew
- snacks/other: morning snack: celery with a wedge of laughing cow lowfat cheese, afternoon snack, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, yellow peppers, and hummus
- desserts/sweets: nope
