damn, it's cold today!
food log:
making it to the gym this morning was a near thing. it was COLD, and fergus had come to cuddle up with me while i smacked the snooze alarm a few times. getting out of bed was haaaaaard. but i made it! go me! i did skip the gym cardio because my legs were so tired from the weights. i have decided i am ok with that since i have dance class tonight. tomorrow--no skimping.
- breakfast: two poached eggs with black beans and salsa, two slices of turkey bacon--a first for me, LS V-8, and two cups of tea
- lunch: leftover faux-jitas
- dinner: grilled beef burgers with cheese and tomatillo salsa, green beans with lemon, and asparagus salad--we had dinner with amy (thanks amy!) before dance class
- snacks/other: morning--i totally forgot to have a snack in the morning, but i am thinking that's ok since my breakfast was bigger than usual. had some almonds in the afternoon.
- desserts/sweets: none.
